RETURN & REFUND

1. What’s your return policy ?
We offer an easy return policy, allowing returns within 7 days from the delivery date for most items except some items purchased at offer which is already mentioned on Shipping policy page. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request by emailing us at official@diatoms.in or  Please note that refunds will only be issued for returned items.

2. How to return the order?
If you are unhappy with the products we are happy to help you.
Go to the diatoms.in or mail us at official@diatoms.in Select the appropriate reason for returning the product> Submit the request. Please note you will be notified via mail or WhatsApp once the return is generated.
NOTE: Kindly ensure that the products are being returned in their original packet with invoice and unused condition. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the rejection of the return during the pickup process, as per our policy.

3. Why have I not received my refund even after the product was picked up?
For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be initiated within 3-4 business days after your returned product passes our quality check. The refund will be processed as coupon or credit..
For Prepaid Orders: Once we pick up your product and it passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, directly to your original payment method. Thank you for your patience!

4. Return Window Exceeded
We will not be able to accept this return as the return window has been closed for any order. We have 7 days of easy return and would request you to apply for the return within this period for fair usage of our policies.

5. Exchanging my product
We are unable to exchange items for different colors or products. However, you can exchange your item for a different size (up or down) by contacting us at our helpline, starting 24 hours after receiving your order. We have 7 days of easy exchange and would request you to apply for the exchange within this period for fair usage of our policies

6. Why has a shipping handling fee has been applied to my order?
A shipping handling fee  may be applied in cases where our system detects unusual or repeated return activity. This fee is not applicable to all customers and is charged only in situations where the return facility is being misused or used excessively. The purpose of the fee is to ensure fair usage of our shipping and return services and to cover the logistics and operational costs involved. Customers will be clearly informed about the fee at the time of initiating a return, and it will not be charged without prior visibility. If you believe the fee has been applied in error, you may contact our support team to request a review, and the charge will be waived if found inappropriate.
